O objetivo é reforçar a competitividade industrial europeia, acelerar a transição para uma economia de baixo carbono e promover o investimento em setores estratégicos. // 06.04.2026 >> Hydrogen Valleys Days 2026 will take place from 4 to 8 May in Antwerp (Belgium), bringing together European and international stakeholders from the hydrogen sector. The event will highlight the role of “Hydrogen Valleys” in connecting hydrogen production, distribution, and end-use, while fostering concrete projects, investment, and regional competitiveness. The programme includes high-level sessions, strategic forums, thematic workshops, and networking opportunities, contributing to accelerating the deployment of clean hydrogen across Europe.

Secretary Granholm Launches Hydrogen Energy Earthshot to Accelerate Breakthroughs Toward a Net-Zero

Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm today launched the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Energy Earthshots Initiative, to accelerate breakthroughs of more abundant, affordable, and reliable clean energy solutions within the decade. The first Energy Earthshot—Hydrogen Shot—seeks to reduce the cost of clean hydrogen by 80% to $1 per kilogram in one decade. Achieving these targets will help America tackle the climate crisis, and more quickly reach the Biden-Harris Administration’s goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 while creating good-paying, union jobs and growing the economy.
