A nova Economia do Hidrogénio Verde – PolÃticas Públicas e novos “Business Modelsâ€
Para o primeiro leilão de hidrogénio, a ocorrer em 2021, a quantidade de Hidrogénio Verde a concurso será de meia quilotonelada, para uma incorporação na Rede de Gás Natural de aproximadamente 0,1%.

Now that all the big carmakers are on board with electrification, what are they going to do about all that carbon entwined with the steel supply chain? And what about decarbonizing the rest of the automotive supply chain? So many questions! Somewhat ironically, the answer appears to be hydrogen — green hydrogen, that is. Recycled waste hydrogen is also beginning to flesh out the mobility decarbonization picture.

ArcelorMittal Spanish steel plant starts grey hydrogen injections
ArcelorMittal Asturias completed its coke-oven gas injection project for Blast Furnace B in its Gijón plant, Spain, in February. The project was linked to the use of coke-oven gas, where the company started the injection of grey hydrogen (hydrogen which is recovered from various gases, including natural gas and coke-oven gas) into its blast furnace. The use of this technology is expected to reduce CO2 emissions by 125k tonnes annually.

Australian green hydrogen vessel deemed ‘highly competitive’
A scoping study has found that Global Energy Ventures’ compressed hydrogen ship is technically feasible and ‘highly competitive’ to transport the hyped future fuel at distances that conveniently connect Australia to Asian markets.
